At the 5:18 the image is showed that you did not install the 90 deg. Plastic fitting that came with the kit but rather you attached the vacuum hose directly without it , why ?

You can use the 90 elbows or go directly over the inlet, either is fine.

Roughly how much hp can be achieved by installing the new diverter valves? I watched the other video of IPD without significant improvement -- is that with the new diverter valves already? Thx!

There is no power benefit. They hold boost consistently and help with recovery time between gear changes.
