I also used the universal mount to mount mine under the driver seat similar to what you did with your Mojito Jeep. However, you have the fire extinguisher upside down in the mount . The fork portion of the bracket mounts into slots up by the nozzle of the extinguisher.

It’s been something that I had been meaning to add to the Jeeps but kept putting off. Thanks for watching and entering the giveaway!

Totally agree with you and everyone should carry a fire extinguisher. If I my offer a good alternative and save some money (not knocking this brand at all), but you can get a good extinguisher from a home improvement store and then go on amazon and order a molle water bottle holder to mount it in. I installed one like that on the molle panels in the bed of my Tacoma and put one on the back down post in my wife's JL. They are easy to get to like you said and visible. I do like that quick release though especially on the visible side under the back seat on the Gladiator but not a big fan of where you put in the JL just for the limited foot space there is already. Mounting to the back post (roll cage) I prefer better. Great video as always though.

This is great. But let's be honest, one of these won't do anything. You need like 5 of these at least to put off engine fire for example. Maybe even more. They're still nice to have. But maybe mounting locations aren't great.

You negated your purpose…. Yes, great for accessibility off road but what if (God forbid) something happens during daily driving like electrical, there’s a fire on road or you have to help someone else? So now you have to get out, unlatch your seat and grab the extinguisher. As a firefighter, any min you’re wasting is precious time loss. Also you don’t want it behind your seat (JL), it’s supposed to be on the passenger side front seat like mine… figure, what happens if you flip your jeeps and your trying to cut your belt and grab your extinguisher. No offense: you didn’t think this through.

…behind your drivers seat? Again, now you’re having to pull the releases between your B-pillar then grab your extinguisher… think about being hit from the side and pinned to your seat while your interior catches fire… please move it behind your passenger side in the same configuration. And of those 600 vehicle fires… you’ll be the fatality who has a fire extinguisher but couldn’t reach it. Sigh
