Installing Hayrack Planters

I'm considering buying a couple of hayrack window boxes and was wondering how window boxes are to be hung on brick. Thanks for showing this. I'd be a little uneasy planting flowers from ledge have you considered opening your windows and plant them from inside your house?

Thanks for your concern about the ledge. I'm ok with balancing on it to plant and fertilize. The center windows are screened. only the windows on either side could be opened to plant. However, I have an antique hutch. that holds my cricut and cricut cartridges (old school scrapbook machine) that blocks the right window. Hope you decide to give the hayracks a try, they really add a pop of color and point of interest to a wall.

Mortar screws and a small washer on the big hayracks because they have a place (holes in the frame) The small hayrack frame rests on same type of screws but with a large washer in front of the frame and then screwed tight. that dirt is hideous , not cool
