Did you leave the rest of the old airbox and tubing inside the hull?

Me and another friend have the same ski and both our superchargers failed at under 20hrs. Wonder if this is the cause. Starting to question my purchase.

So how’s this working out for you? I am definitely getting an air filter and catch can…and trying to decide between JP or Worx. Wondering why the Worx one adds a step and makes you drill through the top hull to secure a bracket. The JP one just slips on, bolt her down and off to the races. The RIVA one is balls out madness, F that.

when you removed the stock air pipe and installed the new 90 degree elbow and filter, what happened to the other end of the pipe the stock air pipe was connected to? does it just stay in their and not being used ? or did you remove that as well? thanks

You can remove the front section, but there is a lot stuff mounted to the stock airbox that I didn't feel like messing with. So mine just sits there unused. Much easier to go back to stock that way if I need to.
