Installing k&n air filter on Pulsar ns200 (rc-1060)

Few Things you must do other wise you will end up seizing your engine. 1. Tune your bike to richer air fuel mixture as this air filter will make your bike run lean which cause overheating and ultimately you will end up with engine seizure. 2. Remove PAV system as you have removed the stock filter box. You will get much better response from the engine. 3. There should be a manifold between Air filter and carburettor to avoid any chance of Gap. Any gap at carburettor and air filter will send dust inside the combustion chamber which may result into engine seizer and will hamper your Valves. 4. Last but not the least, make sure you open your seat and check your air filter atleast once a week if it’s in place as well as every time you ride in monsoon you need to make sure your air filter is not wet. This air filter lets water go inside chamber and bike won’t start.

Bhaiya, maine same to same install kiya, k&n ka same filter, but accelaration utna bhi improve nahi huwa, thora sa hua. Tell me a bit about the tuning, oil thora jyada kar du? Maine thora ta jyada oil chor diya, accelaration thora sa improve huwa hai, feel bhi araha hai k air zyada ja raha hai, thora sa time lagta hai kya? Full power milne me?

@@bunnymotovlog2356 I used 1060 later then I bought 1100 can clearly hear the difference also bro buy a filter cover from Ali express it will cost near 600. if u use dust entering into engine will be minimal as there is double filteration.. also interval btw cleaning the filter will also be higher
