Why did you leave out the part where you put the struts on with the door closed? Such an important part of the whole video I put all the parts on as you showed us on your video but with the door close the struts would not line up and I could not install them nor could I open or close the struts

I've heard of other people having struts that won't move in and out by hand. Mine would move in and out relatively easily. So, I was able to extend it to attach it.

Can you install them backwards to hold the door shut? My passengers constantly fail to shut the door, and it flies open at speed

How did you line your door back up, my door latch is like 4” low of where it needs to be to latch

Only bad thing is, if you pull up next to a vehicle, the door will hit whatever you're park next to.

What size bit did you use?

Can you compress the strut by hand mine came very stiff wont close my door. Any suggestions?

Yeah I could compress them by hand. I wonder if they over pressurized yours. I'm not sure if there's a way to relieve some pressure. Might have to ask for a replacement.

@@druknmnky i could not compress mine by hand me and my buddy put all our weight into it, put it on the machine and its smooth as butter, no idea if its somthing to do sith angles or what
