No matter the content or how few and far they have been between, I'm still inspired by it. I don't try to get screen printing jobs anymore, but that is okay. Lee was the reason why I even invested in any of it, straight from my beginnings, just wanting to do boxes. Now I'm doing so much more.

Fucking love it man. So good to share the same feelings you've had here on camera when my auto got installed. There was one tip I got told was that when you're running single colour prints, run it on your last head instead of your first, incase you get any pin holes or issues. You only ruin one garment, not your entire press full of shirts. You may already know this but thought I'd put my two cents in to try and help 🤘 legend man. Good to have you back on the tube!

Awesome machine. I own a ROQ about 1 year and it's super. Can handle more and larger orders. But the flashdryer is a pain in the a**. Low cure plastisol doesn't flash enough or it's too hot and is above the max. temperature of the pallets. I changed the IR to carbon it gives a better result for plastisol but still not the most ideal option. Later on we changed the flash dryer with a Calmat flash that normally is fitted on a MHM and that was a game changer. What is your experience with the flash from ROQ?

Roq presses seem like they got too much going on there. I've never ran one. Only m&r autos. But I like my diamond back e because i can work on it its that simple and also loading and switching screens out from job to job is faster because the screen slide out and the clamp stays in place. But if you don't have space It might not be the right press for a small shop.

Need that buck n boost transform on servo machines
@leestuart382 жыл бұрын
Lesson learned
@arnoldprints2 жыл бұрын
@@leestuart38 Yeah we did the same thing one person said we didn’t need it the other person said we did we check the voltage and we were just a hair hi so the electrician and the actual company told us that the services are very finicky and they can’t run hot it’ll short the life of the units out. So we went ahead and install the buck in boost transformer and it’s about a stable as you can get I think with any kind of servo even CNC you probably need one.
