Thanks for thinking of me! :) Shoot, it's actually been about 2 and a half years now. I bought the property at the end of February in 2020. I'm sure I'd be much further along if I did come out more than just the weekends over the last few years. Now that I'm here full time, hopefully it will come along a lot faster.

Thanks! If you have the old aluminum windows, you'll be so happy to upgrade to these type of windows for sure. They are made specifically for mobile homes so a pretty easy swap.

Yup! Gotta get some insulation in here soon too! But I did get my heat pump mini split installed last month so I should be able to keep everything warm when needed. Yay!

The screws that loosened over the years on our single wide leak water behind the siding and drips all the way down to the rim joist causing it to rot

The inside is still fully gutted so the kitchen rebuild is unfortunately still far out on the list of things to get to. Probably next spring at the earliest is my guess.

j trim on top of windows is a good method
