You didn't mention a crucial thing; RestPS does support Client Authentication mechanisms so that not any machine can just call the endpoints and get remote code execution on your servers.

what about the security and DDoS aspect of your webservices? A very important factor that everyone who has a great idea forgets to mention or think about. How will you lock this down?

RestPS offers multiple authentication options, and most of our customers also have the server behind both a firewall and a load balancer (Azure, AWS, or others).
