Driver packs in a WIM? I’ve never heard of that before. Since driver packs don’t have an installation script (like the app wrapper you showed). How do you allow the task sequence to read the drivers from the wim or how do you mount it so they can be read?

I use a few different PowerShell scripts depending on OSD solution to mount the WIM and inject the drivers. For ConfigMgr I mostly use the modern driver management script from Maurice Daly. / Johan

As always thanks for yet another great video. Speaking of slow network speeds. Im running a Hyper-V with 10 Enterprise and MDT, my physical computer has a very slow deployment despite gigabit-link and sometimes peaking right above 100Mbps while my laptop and other VM's peaks around 300Mbps. I've tried some different drivers but nothing worked, any ideas why? In Windows / iperf my speeds are perfect

Hard to say, but maybe try a different switch, or cable, or Nic in your desktop computer. / Johan

@@DeploymentResearch thanks for the reply Johan, I'll try a different cable and directly to the router but its so weird my laptop and vm'd are good. Also uefi says 100Mbit pxe but that shoudnt matter right? I have gbit link and peaks about 150Mbps sometimes.m

Johan, Can you show us an example of how to package an application into a wim file? I always thought wim files were magical data structures, are they just an explorable container? Is it like new wim, mount wim, copy install media, dismount wim, profit?
