How do you get the receiver off the airplane if you need to after you glue it in. Some of my friends use 3M two sided tape. I think using Velcro would work also.

the antenna will then be blocked by the battery at the front when you flying towards you, i have bad RSSI readings when i installed here, so i move in the battery compartment and antenna locate near the face of the pilot

They don’t use silicone to glue the receiver Down they use double sided tape

Good video, but can you do a video showing you adjusting the gains for each control surface while flying a plane? Show the plane oscillating and correcting it during flight for each control surface.

What a beautiful aircraft. What I love using to glue receiver to receiver or so forth is using hot glue gun with gorilla glue stick for hot glue gun. Tough to remove also. Sticks good. :) Or 3m permenent double sided tape from auto store. Do you have a flying video of this aircraft?

Great video. 10:45 you can see the antenna resting on the control linkage, that's never a good idea for the long term, it could get caught or possibly worn through. You could run it underneath and tape it down to the foam.

I just hooked up a Spektrum AR620 6ch receiver to the black box using the supplied wiring. I unscrewed the black box to make it easier and noticed on the underside that one red and black 2 wire connector wasn't plugged into anything. I checked and it appears that all the servo, esc and light wiring is plugged in correctly other than this one red and black 2 wire. Since its a 2 wire, I assume its either a light or brake wire and since the light wires are plugged in it must be for the optional brakes since nothing is plugged into the brake pins?

I noticed the same thing. My black/red wire disappears into the left side of the wire harness. I don't think it's for the brakes because both the "Brake Out" and the "Brake In" connectors have nothing plugged in and the "Brake In" connector is a 3 wire. Manual is no help. It would be great if someone could answer this.

Wes do you know what the problem could be I have a flashing red light on the control box but I have no ailerons or rudders or any control surfaces working at all once I bind receiver. Driving me nuts I have looked over everything can see nothin wrong. Using AR 631. Any advice 🤔🤔🤔

Did the preset gains work out for you or did you find you had to adjust them? I’m getting this plane and it will be the first time I ever set up Spektrum receiver. I’m just a little nervous about gains and making sure that I have them set correctly.

All honesty I never have turned the gyro on the airplane flys so nice without it I just haven’t felt the need to use it yet. But you can assign the gain to your roller knob if you have one and make adjustments in flight if you need less or more.

I figured it out...there are 2 cables plugged into s-bus ports on the mfc that are tucked into the body but not hooked up...they can be used to make rx connections

Solution for me was I had expected the servos to move as soon as I plugged in power. Turned out I needed to go ahead and bind the aircraft to my transmitter despite the flashing red light. Then it worked as per Boozer's video. HSDJETS confirmed that bin a text to me.

I have a similar plane but I have separate channels for right elevator , left elevator right alerion and left alerion will the receiver work with this configuration

No you will need more channels if you can’t Y them together it’s only 6 channel.

Not one with a gyro. It is critical that the receiver doesn’t move in flight or it will crash the airplane

AR637T Receiver In The HDSJETS-182 I love this plane from HSDJETS I HAVE IT AND I HAVE THE HSDJETS HME-262 HSDJETS , HSDJETS t-33 HSDJETS super viper v4 I like the full Telemetry on all my planes and im a big fan of spektrum on my HDSJETS-182 i did the same as marry boozer RC i use a BNF out of a EFLITE P51 Mustang i use the AR637TA and reset the receiver with the update file to facturey default in order to get full Telemetry i use the Spektrum Avian smart 100amp ESC This ESC have the BEC BIG WARRING the built in MFC board is built in BEC i had to use the power wire from the spektrum ESC to the Throttle of the AR637TA Warring i had to cut all the red wires in the PWM wires from the HSDJETS MFC board and only let the Spektrum ESC power the receiver and the HSD MFC board power the servos and led's only the receiver is power from the Spektrum ESC my HSDJETS HME-262 HSDJETS is the dual 90mm EDF I use 2 spektrum 100 amp ESC and cut all the Power were the red wire only i can see both ESC'S on my spektrum radio and i see both flight batters on my radio i just can't see the 2s batterys that power the HSDJUTS MFC board
