You typically don’t need to replace the coil when rebuilding a flipper, since you’re replacing it with the exact same coil value. You just need to replace the wear and tear parts like the end of stroke switch, spring, coil sleeve, coil stop, and the linkage if it’s worn. Unless your coil has shorted or overheated (easy to tell, if the old coil sleeve won’t come out of the coil), then you need to replace it. 2:36

It's like Godzilla and Godzuki... I've always wanted to know how many plays your GP has on it. I think of all the times we've been in I've only seen it not on the floor once and I could be mistaken. This is a testament to the games build quality and your rigorous upkeep. Glad the pf is sparkled up some too.

@@BrandonZamora-p2n me too. Such an amazing pin but the Godzilla model felt a bit lacking compared to the cabinet artwork. This mod is a better match to me.

Fantastic upgrade! Also like the blue flipper bands. Are those super bands? Where can we find? I have found blue super bands, but yours appear light blue?

⁠​⁠@@catsaretastyagreed. it looks better with the og derpy gojira anyway if you ask me. but the mod is cool too if the operator wants it to match the playfield rather than every single cutscene on the screen during gameplay

@@sethsikes97 I’m not sure we are looking at the same thing. 1st, I love the way Godzilla looks in almost every old Toho movie. The man in the suit look is absolutely fantastic. The toy that Stern put on the playfield does not look like the film at all in my opinion. The toy is kind of bootleg toy looking. The Playmates Toho series line that’s at Target right now would be way better than this sculpt, color, and sheen. Oh and Godzilla’s skin should look like bark not fur.

i'm talking about that top left godzilla toy you changed out. i mean zero disrespect. but bootleg or not, fur or scales. it looks like the original film. and the og film is derpy! no disrespect! just think the mod toy matches the playfield graphics, just think the og toy closer to the og film. no diss on the new toy
