Installed the C43 facelift exhaust on my C220d W205 Mercedes C-class coupe!

I just did this to my c300 sedan 2015 love it. Makes the car look way faster than it actually is lol. If you have an AMG line with quad exhaust from the back people wont know if its a real amg until they race you its still nice to look at lol

Thanks! Requires a lot of cutting and adjustment but overall makes the car look a lot meaner and facelifts the rear too!

Thanks, honestly makes the biggest difference to the car, and I got it from AliExpress, I don’t have a link anymore for it, but you can search it and it’ll come up, and yeah everything works fine, parking sensors are fully fine

@@andyw3461 I have a high kick style spoiler on it, which is a little bit more mean than the oem c43 spoiler, haven’t gotten round to doing the grille as I’m still debating whether I like it on pre facelift bumpers and whether the gloss black looks cheap or not or to get chrome, considering to facelift the front end once the parts come up for the right price 😂

@@andyw3461 they’re the same as the normal c43 exhaust tip look about 3 inches in diameter, but can measure it against any normal c43 to check

bro this is sick I have a c300 coupe and was looking to do the exact same thing. Have you thought about switching out the front grille to the amg grille ? it would complete the car imo.

You’ll have to contact the seller for that, most likely will need some adjusting to fit those bits

I was between the two, in the end for me, the c63 has wider rear arches and I didn’t want to try out the c63 exhaust on as mine have the normal arches just like the c43, and the c43 pipes facelift the rear so makes the car look a lot newer in my opinion!

@@LifeOfEmi really? I did not know it has wider arches. I thought they are of the same size and just the diffuser and tips are different. So it is not this way? I thought you could swap the tips and diffuser whatever you like :/ What was the price of the transformation?

Didn’t want to alter the car, rather modify a part that is much cheaper and more easily replaceable, so if needed all can be returned back to how it was previously

Cutting the bend not only is more efficient, you also let the exhaust fume come out the correct hole.

Wouldn’t you have been better off cutting the Curve off the standard pipes and just slotting the tips on

That is one way to do it, however my way makes it reversible so if needed to sell the car back to stock then there would be no modifications 👍🏼

@@rageagainstthemainstream2164 it’s an option to do it like that, however if the pipe is straight it’s more likely to show soot coming straight behind the car and onto bumper trips etc, which is why I kept it standard. But like mentioned it can be done like that if wanted

I'm so upset. SHould'a cut the muffler pipe. You could have had a shop weld some length to it and have it come out the way it's supposed too...omg that's so...like...stepping backwards with the work and end result because of that but, my opinion.
