Holding down the a/c recirculating button will automatically close windows and sunroof

One one for the cars fitted with panoramic roof, if you leave it on and starts to rain it closes it (but not all the way down if you leave pets inside to prevent suffocation)

Great video, good to see some w205 coupe videos. I’m looking to get one of these soon but the petrol 2016 model, have you had any issues with the car? Common problems/reliability/ running costs etc. Would be good to see a video on this 👍

Thanks man! And only issues I would say are the auto wipers are horrendous I had to reseat the sensor for it myself, and also common problem is a squeaking sound from the ball joints, but can be fixed by injecting oil into the rubber apparently, I’ll be making a video on these thing in the future hopefully, otherwise everything has been all good

Another tip is that you can close the side mirrors when wanting to park

6:12 *Not sure it will work on your model (I have a W247 B200CDi AMG with full MBUX) but when parking press down A/C switch and it will keep the car heated (or cooled) for up to ½ an hour using residual heat, great on 3.5° Cold days - come back to a nice warm car.*

The new W205 Coupes really look like magic. You definitely have a Great taste in cars. Is it the C43 version? You have red callipers and accents on the internals.

its not an amg, he added the callipers. you can see that it doesnt have the amg exhausts and neither the amg sterring wheel. Also, the scuff pads say "Mercedes benz " whereas either the 43 or 63 say "amg". either way, still a beautiful car!

Wave your foot under the rear bumper under the towing eye cover to open your boot, for when you have you hands full.

That is pretty hit and miss, works sometimes and doesn’t at other times. It can be embarrassing when it doesn't work and people are looking at you in public wondering what they heck you are trying to do so I just stopped using it.

Any idea how to make the passenger mirror return to its normal view quicker after it dips down for reversing , cos mines takes ages to come back up when you go from reverse to drive 🚗

You have to be close to the car for that to work. Its also an anti-theft feature.

Sorry bro I should rephrase my question lol.. Do you know how to change the rear number plate lights? I have the estate w205 and one of them stopped working but I can't find any decent information online for it! Just hoping I won't have to do too much work

@@parmindersingh2577 I haven’t changed them on this car, but have changed on all my previous cars, if you check the light, there will be a little clip you press in using a flat head screwdriver, which will pry out the light unit itself, then usually you twist the wiring harness bit from the light unit and it’ll release the bulb, you’ll know what I mean when you do it, as I said I haven’t done it on this car but I assume it’ll be very similar to all other cars

You can hold the downshift paddle and the car will skip as many gears as necessary to get you into the powerband, if you hold the left paddle a little longer, the car will skip even more gears and get you into the lowest gear possible for your current speed.
