The “integral” method of assembly/disassembly seems like more effort than it is worth. The omega springs are a minor complication, but after removing and installing them a few times it isn’t that bad.

@@scottmurdock1393 I take it back and will apologise to you you are indeed correct I think where I might be getting so fecked over is that I live in the UK and even though on flytanium’s sight they are only $70 when or if I try to get my hands on them if I get them from a UK retailer the one set of para 2 plain titanium scales was £130. But back to the bug out from them it is $70 then anything from $15-$34 postage then when they hit this fecking country the Mail service has a thing with anything from the USA the Mail service cut it open that’s £8 for them to cut some tape then hand it over to the VAT bastards now if they go and check on flytanium’s site then they will see the true price but if they just check a local UK shop that’s what they base the vat on and it can then add anything from £20_35 on top. Hope this babbling makes sense I’m not great at writing. I’m as dyslexic as a house brick have a beautiful day and stay safe and healthy 😘👍

Hey Nick, I know I'm a little late here but it seems to me you put the pivot back correctly on your first try. I reviewed the video a few times and it seems at 2:39 you are removing the pivot screw from the clip side. After you reassembled, it can be seen at 11:51 that you put the pivot screw right back from where you removed it. After which you disassembled all over again, only to reinstall it backwards. I don't know, maybe I'm mistaken. Maybe I've had one to many whiskey shots!😉

I got the Ti ones and only hiccup was the screw under pocket clip was tighter then anything. Ended up stripping and having to replace it. No biggie but after reassembly blade was perfectly centered and perfect action. Love the channel and the commentary

I too used to try and keep small screws in place on the end of a screwdriver with my index finger until I discovered that if you put the tip of the driver into a small blob of blue tack, twist it a few times and pull it out again, just enough blue tack stays on the end of the driver that it grips the screw and doesn't come off in the screw head....
