Installing Trail tough power steering kit from Roadless Gear in my Suzuki Samurai

if the pulley does not line up then slot the holes on the bracket and put a washer over it.

Comedy?? Keep you day job.. 😀 I considered this kit but then a chance for a Toyota IFS box came up and with my 6" extended frame I mounted it outside the frame rails and works well with a PSC Jeep TJ pump on a Low Range offroad bracket. NO issues with 36" tires on a '92 Samurai.

Yeah I have Toyota ifs box too, just decided to go this route due to availability.

How did you reroute the hoses from the steering box to the pump on your 16v swap? Also without hitting the steering shaft.

How did you install coolant reservoir and radiator?

I had to bend the bracket slightly, but I just used the original bracket

no need to add extended pitman arm? i ask you because i see you are lifted a lot inches.

I do have an extended pitman arm now

@@restoreman8115 yes but the old samurai pitman arm with the Rocky Road high steer kit that I have worked pretty good. But I admit it works better with the dropped pitman arm for sure

@@CTMadModz Thank you mate! Appreciate the support! I might take some ideas from you as well, currently installed 12000 winch, spring over, new carb and already got snorkel at home, will put it on soon and go 4x4 extreme again! Sammy 4 life!
