Cutting tip. Go get 2 adjustable height plastic sawhorses and a 36" hollow-core door blank. Set the sawhorses up to a comfortable height and put the door on them. Put your chop saw and your table saw on them when needed. It is space-saving and it will save your knees. You will thank me in 30 years.

Dude, I have ordered appliances for my mom’s house. They are expensive and take weeks to come in. I needed to replace her double oven. I Looked online for 27 inch stainless steel double ovens. Not only were they $3000 and up, they would not be available for another month and sometimes two months. Since I need to complete this renovation this month, I then turned to Facebook marketplace. I found multiple ovens there and I picked one which had positive reviews online. I will be picking it up this weekend and paying $450 for it. Saving myself around $3000! I also for another remodel got A great deal on a Bosch stainless steel dishwasher; I paid less than $200 for it. Purchased new, it would have been over $1000. All of my secondhand appliances work perfectly. I found step the people who sold them to me through Facebook marketplace were trustworthy and so is habitat restore.
