Putting on 305/45r17 it does require any modification or just install and that’s it? I want wider with no further modification.

The only thing you have to modify is relocating the wiring harness in the rear wheel well (driver side). The only thing you have to do is route the harness further up the wheel well.

If you don’t, the tire will rub against it. It took about me about 10 mins to route it up

@@oswardg15 I didn’t because I don’t drive on them all the time. I left my sensors on the wheels I drive on majority of the time. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re going to keep the drag pack on majority of the time throughout the year

I got the same vms drag pack on 275/45/17 NTO5 i threw them on n the stabiltrak came on threw the brake light traction light and ABS light n put it in pack have u had the same problem cuz idk why mine did that im putting 562 whp N/A n i need to run a drag pack to put down the power ! Anyone kno what i can do or what?

I would assume it’s because the height difference between the front and rear tires. Mine didn’t throw a code but some cars do. You could go to a 305/45/17 so you can deal with the height difference

No since im an A8, but If I was an M6, I would’ve because I heard a lot of manual guys breaking axles when they use a radial. However, if they use a slick it’ll be fine since it won’t be as violent when taking off

For sure! I would determine what size tire you want to run in the back as well. My 275/40/17 is a 26” tire vs the 27.5/27.7” tires that comes on our car stock. It is best to run a set up that has similar tire heights in the front and back. If you run a 26” drag pack in the back then you should run a 26” in the front too. One of the benefits of having the 305/45/17 is it’s closer to our stock tire height so you can keep the stock wheels in the front. A smaller tire gives you more gearing which means a better 60ft. My apologies if you already knew this. I just wished someone informed me about the possible issues of getting a 26” tire for our car first
