Im pretty late to this but I think going catted dp is the ideal set up. On my og m2 it came with the mpe and I did a vrsf catless downpipe and got a little too much unwanted rasp for my liking.

Do you have problem when connecting the blue o2 sensor after the installation? I found it a tad too short, able to reconnect but unable to let it sit in the bracket.

Do you have a fauld error code on your display with the wagner 300cell? HJS have also a 300cell downpipe i don't now witch one to choose.

No errors for me, but I have tuned it with Bootmod3 which removes codes.
