Installing Windows 11 23H2 OEM on a Dell XPS 13 9305 UEFI BIOS, Secure Boot, TPM

Installation of Windows 11 on a Dell XPS 13 9305. This system has a Dell UEFI BIOS (SMBIOS 3.2) with a NVMe SSD configured using Intel VMD and requires the F6 Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver in order for the Operating System to view the Intel NVMe SSD. Some minor workarounds need to be used in order to sign in with a Local Account.

Hey Philip, thanks a lot for the detailed information. I'm sure it's been a lifesaver for many. I'm stuck at the 13:29 mark to be precise. After I select VMD and NEXT, the system loads the drivers but I'm still unable to view my SSD after that. Fyi, I'm trying to install Windows 11 on a DELL 5820. Kindly help?

Yes it works fine on my system. I didn't have to do any additional configuration to get it working.
