Thanks, Troy, for another great video! Would you also consider making a video on how to set up a Windows server with some clients on Hyper-V? I started installing Windows 2016 with DHCP to give out IP addresses to some clients, but I never got my lab to work correctly. It would be nice to have a step-by-step tutorial to create a Windows server lab on Hyper-V with some clients getting an IP from the server. Thanks!

Troy - at 6:15 you said "intercept that boot" what did you mean by that...... that is where I am stuck .... I click connect - start - then I have a black screen that says "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD..." and below that is says ">> Start PXE over IPV4" - and thats as far as it goes before Hyper V times out. Thanks for the videos.

Hi Jason, What I meant by "intercept the boot" is that I simply click my mouse into the VM window when it opens and hit a key (my preference is the spacebar) to make the machine boot from the ISO image. You only have a few seconds to hit a key before it resorts to the PXE boot. Hope that clears it up!

When I went to Microsoft to Download the Evaluation Software I saw the option to download the ISO or a VHD, why do you recommend to download the ISO instead of the VHD, if the VHD is already a Virtual Machine ready to deploy ? (great work with the video tutorials...)

this is not a real world scenario. windows server 2022 should be running on hypervisor not windows 10 no company would run window server OS on a windows 10 hyper v? this is not real world scenario? what should be the correct way?
