I think neo frontier is the skin that someone can appreciate even without upgrade it, it's really maximize the upgrade weapon style in valorant where you can use futuristic Wild West version or classic Wild West version

I’d say the net being a little underpowered helps balance her. Her ult is one of the best in the game, as we can see in this video. She needs something a bit situational, like her net, to balance her out.

all of the default skins have a logo on them. They represent the 5 companies that produce the weapons for the valorant protocol. The shorty, marshal, bucky, and sheriff all have a cowboy hat and bandana logo on them. This is also the only one of the 5 companies that we do not know the name of yet

She’s good, but she’s gonna be an absolute MONSTER in low tier… Those players who have bad aim but good map knowledge are going to be able to abuse her and do things the enemies can’t react to in any good way, just shutting down executes. Lots of dragging away crosshairs, to peek off contact while they’re mid-spray, lots of solo kill potential with the stuns and grenade to isolate people who aggress alone, she’s gonna be the ultimate attacker lurker and a very strong defender to lock down a site. She can pretty easily hold a site on her own, maybe one friendly, and you can stack the other one easily and she can delay and hold control of areas for a good retake.
