Heat the batch of Ag+ (electrolytic) or AgN03 (chemical) to 85 to 90 Celsius. Follow directions here. I know for a fact that Ag+ produced with electrolysis set at max of 2.4 milliamps will synthesize and stabilize with glucose powder and sodium citrate at 85 to 90 Celsius for 50 minutes. You can substitute sodium citrate with soluble starch as well. Measure 1 grain of each one per 1 ppm of ionic silver. So if TDS meter reads 10ppm (lab says 20ppm) of Ag, then add 20 grains of each one, keep stirring and heated for 50 minutes.
