Taxi driver was being a typical idiot taxi driver but dash cam driver wasn't much better. Couldn't even turn the corner without staying in his lane and he also crossed double white lines. So many people can't stay within the marked lanes when turning corners.

I was pee'd off when police ignore the Taxi driver that nearly hit me when he ignored a 'Give Way' sign but pulled me over for 'Excessive Use' of the car horn, 5 maybe 6 seconds. They didn't book me though when told it was all recorded on dash cam and it was already relayed to a "remote internet site". It wasn't though, as I'm not very good with computers.

That's a lot of travelling with no reimbursement. As for pettiness, I think the cop's were being very petty in not addressing the "elephant in the room". @@stuartking7431 EVs are not yet practical for police or emergency vehicle use. Recharge time of 6 - 9 hours (for Tesla Model S) would mean that at any given time 1/3 of the fleet would be plugged into a socket. A petrol or diesel car can be refueled in 5 minutes ready for the next shift to use.

What are you talking about my Tesla model S recharges 80% in 15 minutes and lasts more than a whole day of driving. Even if they took 24hours the petrol savings for the department would pay for an excess of cars. There is literally no positive metric a gas car beats a model 3 in 2021. Even the refuel speed is a flawed argument as driving with a full tank is not economical.

12:20 is a bit confusing. He's at a right left turn light. The person with the camera beeps him (which is an offence) and the person in front turns left. Seems like that person caused them to think the light was green and so turned. It looks like a dick move and the cops should have booked the guy beeping the horn as well.

Red light running used to be a LOT worse. I went to Brisbane 40 years ago and so many drivers went though intersections a good few seconds after their light had turned red. Quite a troubling thing to see.

DC was a bit of a DH, yes the cabbie did an illegal u-turn to pick up a fare to try and earn a living but it only delayed the DC driver by about 3 seconds, DC acted liked the cabbie ran over his dog

Once the passenger is seated they turn into elderly drivers who cannot hit half the speed limit. they drive so badly. I really like the look and design of your police vehicles, especially the pickup trucks with the bed cover, and the high speed highway vehicles. You’ve got some excellent police officers.
