RAMEN no.1: EASY BEEF MISO RAMEN
2 cups water
1 Tbsp Miso (should be of good quality, for better taste)
1 pc Fresh Egg
1 pack of Beef Instant Noodles (including its powder seasoning)
1 clove Garlic, grated
1/4 of a Thumbsize Ginger, grated
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
*Top with scallions, and sliced Ramen egg
RAMEN no.2: EASY LAKSA INSTANT RAMEN
1 1/2 cups water only
2 tsps Curry Powder
1 pack of Chicken Instant Noodles (including its powder seasoning)
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1 cup Gata (Coconut Milk)
1 tsp Sugar
1 clove Garlic, grated
1/4 of Thumbsize Ginger, grated
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
*Top with 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes, scallions, and sliced Ramen egg
RAMEN no.3: GARLIC-MAYO INSTANT RAMEN
2 cups Water
1 pack of Beef Instant Noodles (including its powder seasoning)
1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo (Japanese Mayonnaise)
1 pc Fresh Egg
1 clove Garlic, grated
1/4 of Thumbsize Ginger, grated
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
*Top with scallions & sliced Ramen egg
RAMEN no.4: SPICY PEANUT CHICKEN INSTANT RAMEN
2 cups water
1 1/2 Tbsps Peanut butter (or less if you prefer)
1 pc Fresh Egg
1 pack of Chicken Instant Noodles (including its powder seasoning)
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1 clove Garlic, grated
Ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
*Top with scallions, chili flakes, and sliced Ramen egg
RAMEN EGGS (AJITSUKE TAMAGO)
6 eggs, cold from the fridge
Water (for boiling)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce + 1 cup Water
1/4 cup Mirin
2 tsps Sugar

Thanks dito! Ngayong maulan naitry ko ang laksa recipe. Ginamit ko ang natitirang yellow thai curry paste namin sa ref, coconut powder(wala kasi ako nung sa can at yung fresh) and paprika(in replacement for chili powder), added dried basil leaves sa dulo. Masarap po!
