What I will share with you guys in this video is my version of Ilocano Miki Noodle Soup!!! By the way guys, mas mabilis pa itong lutuin kaysa sa sopas. This recipe is also called Miki Laddit or Niladdit in Ilocos Region if you are using Homemade Flat Noodles.
My Ilocano auntie taught me how to cook this very delicious and heartwarming recipe, a Big shoutout to her! Tara na sa masayang pagluluto!!!

INGREDIENTS:
350gms (or up to 500gms) Chicken (any chicken part of your choice)
6 cups Water (for Boiling Chicken)
1/4 tsp Salt
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Cooking oil of your choice
1 head Garlic, minced
5 Tbsps Achuete (Annato seeds) soaked in 2 cups Hot Water
2 cups Water (for Additional Water)
Additional Ground Black Pepper, to taste (OPTIONAL)
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce (or you can use Bagoong isda)
1/2 tsp Seasoning (Optional)
500 gms (1/2 kl) Miki Noodles (Fresh, or you can use Dry Noodles)
FOR GARNISHING (All Optional):
Toasted Garlic
Scallion/Green Onion/Onion Chives, chopped
Hard-Boiled Eggs or you can use Ramen Egg (Ajitsuke Tamago)

Ay masarap talaga yan Kuya Architect. Kaya lang ang gamit namin ay homemade noodles na mismo father ko ang gumagawa or nagmamasa ng flour at slice na lang sa (slicer machine). Yan ang negosyo ng pamilya namin MIKI at Ilocos Norte Empanada. Masasabi kong masarap kasi bukod sa onion chives, fried garlic egg ay may toppings na nahimay na BAGNET, kaya binabalik-balikan 😋😋😋😋😋
