I'm suffering with Planter fasciatis for the past 18months. Consulted 2 orthopedics who didn't ask me to do vit D test at all but gave pain killers. I follow you since long time. After seeing your videos on vitamin D, I decided to do the test which turned out to be deficient. So I started taking d3 with k2 and my pain started reducing considerably. I then increased my daily D dosage from 6000iu to 10000iu. Within 2 weeks(since last month) I'm completely out of the pain. I'm still continuing the same dosage. My family was bit worried for going on self medication. But I was so sure that this would solve my issue n it did. Thanks a tonne.

Instead of the majority worrying about self-medication, maybe they need to worry more about the prescription ones.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I listen to your videos each day and follow your advice. My health has shown major improvements and my Plantar Fasciitis and vertigo are gone now. I had been to so many doctors and none of them could help me. I wish I would have known you a couple years ago when everything started. I had a rash on my arm and leg that started after surgery to drain my knee. I was never told the causes of anything. They scraped the sores on my arm to get the cells tested and called me with a vague diagnosis. They said it was a fungus that you normally see in pets. I tried everything under the sun and bought hundreds of antifungal creams and ointments. After months of this, I finally started taking some probiotics that helped. No thanks to any doctors or dermatologists. I understand what was going on now that I've listened to you! I can now prevent it from ever happening again. I have the scars to remind me to eat keto and take my vitamin D3. Thank you again!

WONDERFUL! I have Plantar Facilititis in my right foot after walking a few miles. I love to walk a lot, and use a treadmill at a fast pace almost daily for years but never had it before in either foot. When I got it, I didn't even know what it was or what went wrong. I did my research and found out. Of course, I found many references to use the usual wrong stretching methods and message. I did purchase a pair of Dr. Scholl's specialized insoles for my shoes and I must say they started to work almost immediately and lessened the pain, but it was still there especially after periods of inactivity. The issue has improved to almost no pain in about four weeks, but it still was a bother as I walked and used the treadmill. Then, a funny thing happened just a few days before I saw this video. I started taking more Magnesium because of your recently reiterated advice about it assisting vitamin D. All of a sudden the pain is almost completely gone but I didn't really notice it until I bumped into this video and found out why! Thank you again, Dr, Berg!!

Having severe planter factoid for 35 years and seeing a half dozen podiatrists (who only recommended inserts and cortisone shots) and trying what you recommended I never got relief. Then I finally saw a newly recommended podiatrist and He recommended stretching and lengthening my calf muscles using a wall corner, a wedge etc. it took a few weeks to gently stretch and lengthen my calves, and for the first time in decades I’m pain free. (I continue to stretch my calves occasionally)

OMG😮!!! This is a gift from God!!😭 I have been in so much severe pain for close to a year and the last six months or so has been BRUTAL pain a 10 rating is an understatement!!! The heel of my right foot feels like the sharp bone is about to cut through my foot it is SO PAINFUL!! The doctor had me setup for therapy but it's definitely not affordable when my daughter is already in therapy for foot and leg pain the same as myself so I put her first but I been doing all the frozen water bottles rolling under my foot and the wall stretching and the exercises you showed NOT to do and I was put in a boot up to my knee that causes more pain in my left knee to help my right foot...I did it all and nothing they told me to do works and I am so blessed that I didn't go through therapy after seeing this video. Well I did your simple exercise and INSTANTLY my pain went from WELL OVER 10 RATING TO A 1 OR 2 RATING😭🥰🥳.....I have not been able to get up and straight walk without me severely limping in so much pain in so many months and today I got up and walked immediately after this stretch!!! What a blessing you are, you gave me a major portion of my life back because I already live in chronic pain for 24 years from a car accident and I have so much pain all over my body and not sure why and I follow your channel and learn so much and I THANK GOD FOR YOUR GIFT OF WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE GOD HAS GIVEN TO YOU....THANK YOU DR BERG I AM IN AWE!!😭

Thank goodness for Dr Berg. I had such pain in my left foot for months that I’ve been dealing, I finally made an appointment with a podiatrist they x-rayed and examined my foot. Gave me a boot to sleep with and told me to stretch out the muscle and ice as frequently as possible. If it didn’t get better he was talking cortisol shots and even surgery. Omg! I went to my favorite homeopathic chiro I love him! Dr. Simone in the poconos. He told me to do the opposite. Higher ache heal, no stretching out it tares the muscle and ice it. It feels better. I will be adding Dr, Bergs methods so it stops the pain. Dr. Berg is absolutely amazing.

Dr. Berg helped educate me a lot on so many subjects. I started watching him about 3 years ago, when I was sick. I had always been pre-diabetic, but decided to seriously tackle this problem, as I wouldn't consider going on Metformin. I had heel pain for many years. When I took up the Ketovore lifestyle after seeing his vids, along with taking VD3, magnesium and a few of his recommended supplements, that pain went away. I am now Keto/Carnivore and my blood glucose levels improved. Even if heel pain isn't related, I have not felt this better in years. Thank you Dr. Berg!

I also used to do some stretching exercises, Another important thing, you start eating food enrich with vitamin E (Avocado , Olive or cabbage) because it help if there is inflammation on liver or fatty liver condition which sometime caused foot related issues. I've had plenty of success with calf stretches for plantar fasciitis. Then again this includes reciprocal inhibition through activation of tibialis anterior. I've helped carpenters get back on ladders, kids avoid a walking boot for "growth plate syndrome", and plenty of runners. Pro tip: if you keep your knee straight during a calf stretch it hits lower on the calf and brings substantially more relief to the foot than bent knee calf stretches 🙏

I have been doing this stretch since you first showed it a long while back. I started pain at a 5, and stretching brings it down to a 3. I do these about twice a day (I'm gone most of the day.) What I have found that helps even more is using my exercise rebounder. Weak muscles/tissues are easy to stress or injure.

I'm a severe migran suffer and is watching al your videos and hope by fasting and proper eating it will get better hopefully in time completely gone. I have a R shoulder injury and do contribute to the migrans. Been diagnosed at 8 year's I'm now 44 year so I'm a little fed-up with this, and I have seen numerous Doctors with no long-term results.

57 year old male here, BMI slightly under 25, I have been doing low carb and 16/8 IF for some time as well as 10k iu VitD daily since 2021 (guess why) as well as magnesium. I got plantar fasciitis a year ago, I upped vitD to 20k with 200microgr K2-MK7, nothing happened, I upped to 40k vitD daily+400 microg K2 and it got better (also at 400mg Magnesium as glycinate daily). The stretch helps as well!

Ok. Some of his videos on the importance of zinc and other nutrients that are required for a better absorption of D3&K2 may help further.
