@@PainttheKitchenRedThe Kashmiri chili powder arrived this morning in my Amazon delivery so I took that as a sign to make this dish. All the wonderful spices were assembled, the chickpeas prepared, and the jar of ghee found; after that, it was easy-peasy. My kitchen never smelled so good with the aroma of the spices wafting everywhere. Neena's recipe incorporates delicate aromatics after pressure cooking, and I think this is a great idea. This dish was so good with so many complex flavors that it is difficult to believe it was made in my Instant Pot.
