Okay. #1 I’m glad the search brought me here. #2 Bolognese is my favorite sauce to make and eat. #3 This recipe is magically delicious. I personally prefer grated veggies and a slow cook to bring out the sweetness of the veggies and tomato sauce, but for something quick, this is a very good meal. It’s delicious. The pasta is perfect. I prefer no cream. ❤

Gotta give you some love, just had this very same meal for dinner and this recipe did NOT disappoint! Followed it to the letter and even had a guest drop by who enjoyed it more than me. Thanks for this recipe, and please keep them coming. We used red and white wine, and the heavy cream and cheese really made the difference. Holy cow, can't wait for leftovers tomorrow!! Thanks!

New to instant pots. I purchased the duo evo plus. This is the second thing I’ve cooked in it with success. I changed the recipe a little as I didn’t add the wine but did chug some dashes of Worcestershire sauce in and I had no onion to hand so replaced it with mushrooms. I didn’t add the cream but did add the cheese at the end. OMG this is supposed to be my meal prep for my lunches through the week. It tastes awesome and it’s cooling down so I can transport it into containers to take to work but I keep grabbing a spoonful every time I walk past lol This is prob the best tasting pasta bolognaise I’ve ever made!

I tried this recipe today. I couldn't find heavy cream so I just whipped unsalted butter and milk. Fortunately, I found some Boursin in my local supermarket. This is friggin' delicious. I cheaped out on the parmesan and just got Kraft but I think I'll get some quality parmesan tomorrow. I'm gonna make this part of my meal prep. Also, I should've gotten an Instapot a long time ago. Made cooking so much easier.

Delicious! I am a first time instant pot user, and this dish was amazing. I took a liberty of adding more onions, carrots and celery, about half portions more. Added 2 bay leaves, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves for spices. Turned out just as good. I thought the dish had enough oil, so didn't add the cream and the cream cheese at the end.

This looks so wonderful, and I can't wait to try it, but my mind always comes back to a bolognese I had, made by my uncle, in the traditional work intensive long simmered fashion. It included the addition of chicken livers which gave the sauce THE MOST incredible velvet texture, and deep richness, it was indescribable! Could a sauce like that be invented for the instant pot? I've longed to recreate it, but I just don't have the kitchen endurance to take on such a long process!!
@jessnoval3063 Жыл бұрын
Made this today and it was amazing. The only thing I changed was that I used angel hair pasta and it turned out amazingly good. I did use half a cup of 2% milk and passed on the Boursin cheese ( a bit too creamy for me.) I highly recommend this pasta Bolognese recipe.
