You are right bro. Semolina is made by Durum wheat which is cultivated in Malwa region of M.P. by us also and known as MALAWRAJ wheat and Atta is made up of a different variety of wheat known as SHARBATI which is cultivated in Sehore District of M.P. and is very famous for its soft Roti (chapaties).
