Not visited for years now after *COVID 19* My Hubby loves *Dosa* any kind. He used to come to my Parents house to meet me. We were Friends for 5 years. I never make dosa anymore after too many disappointing results. I tried this because I had this exact amount (well, I had 11/4 cups) of sooji left and wanted to finish it up. This dish was a revelation. Thank you for sharing.

Hi I m from south.. if you come to malnad karnataka, here dosas are prepared like papad. Full crispy and banana leaves are used to prepare those crisp papad structured dosas called tellevu, served with mango rasayanam.

We lived in Hyderabad when I was a kid, my neighbour's aunty used to make these plain dosa and had it with sabzi or rasam just like roti. They were also thick and very soft and not at all crispy. Thankyou for the amazing receipes chef. 👍🙏
