Not visited for years now after *COVID 19* My Hubby loves *Dosa* any kind. He used to come to my Parents house to meet me. We were Friends for 5 years. We South Indians eat both soft and crisp dosas. I prefer the latter. Love your recipes, Ranveer. A great way of making the pan non-sticky is to rub oil liberally on it, heat it till smoking and then plunge into iced water. It instantly becomes non-stick. Wipe clean after every use or wash lightly with water after every use. Do the above process once in a while and you have an iron pan that works perfectly every time.
