The fact that Stefanski and Berry are safe is an indication that getting Watson and firing the offensive coaching staff was not their idea, but Haslam's.

The root of the problem is still Kevin Stefanski, he did not have his team ready to play before each game. Remember it was Kevin Stefanski who fired the offensive staff after they went 11-6 last year and hired inferior replacements. I don't think the Browns will win more than 7 games in 2025, and Kevin Stefanski, Andrew Berry and Paul DePodesta will all be fired. Keeping Stefanski after a 3-14 season only delays the inevitable. With this roster the basement should have been 6 or 7 games and the ceiling should have been 12 wins. But the basement was not low enough for this team, they had to dig a sub basement to get to 3-14. Any other coach would have been fired with a record like this. Mike Pettine got fired after going 3-13, even the 0-16 Browns in 2017 looked better than this team. How Stefanski, Berry and DePodesta still have jobs is beyond me. The Browns even let DePodesta live in California, where he is shielded from angry Browns Fans. This organization needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up.

Go back and watch Deions reality series when he was with Tracy Edmonds and peep how youthful Shadeur was behaving. I know he was a kid and all but it’s certain traits we WE ALL have as youths that don’t quite fully dissipate when we’re young adults. On the other hand, WARD holds the ball too long, and isn’t quite the athletic you assume him to be. Buddy got GYNECOMASTIA and might be selfish given the way he sat out the second half of that bowl game to get a personal record but cost the rest of his team a win. 👀🐸☕️

The Browns have a plan: 1) During the preseason, pretend to care about winning but don't actually care about winning. 2) Lose lots of games. Fans rage, but still watch on TV, buy merchandise and go to games. 3) Check season ticket holder numbers. See 99% of people re-upped despite going 3-14. Declare success internally and simply change nothing but media verbage externally to make it look like you care that the season went poorly. 4) During the offseason, draft/trade/sign a QB, doesn't matter who. Within 48 hours, 90% of fans will back the QB regardless and chant, "Super Bowl, Super Browns!" 5) Hire new scapegoats to ensure the fans do not blame the true 3 Stooges - Haslam, Stupidinski and Berry.

Two time coach of the year with above average QBs and shyte offensive line that gets QBs injured. I don’t see anything changing next year.

If you really really think that we fans don’t see what’s going on the product that’s being put out on the field is a embarrassment to the organization to the league. The Browns are a total disappointment ever since they came back.

It’s extremely simple. The vets want to keep Kevin. If they got rid of kevin all of the vets will want out, including Myles.

the vets want to keep Kevin?? Why?? Kevin may be a great Offensive Coordinator, but perhaps not a Head Coach. Happens all the time. A great salesman is not always a competent sales manager.

They already want out! STE CANT WIN SKI is not a good coach......there is a track record.

@@richardfratus7726 Myles has already said he don’t want to be part of a rebuild. A rebuild would include scraping the front office and coaches. Whether it’s the right move or not to run it back, that’s up for debate. I’m just pointing out that’s why they’re doing what they’re doing. If they got rid of Kevin and everybody it’s likely the only “veteran” of significance they’d keep would be Jeudy and possibly Ward. Everyone else would either be traded or released
