I've done it by myself. The trick is you screw a piece of 2x4 on the wall about 3/4 of an inch from the ceiling. Then, it supports 1 edge of your sheet. Then, if you have a T made of 2x4s, you get that under the middle and it holds the sheet up while you screw it in. He was working with a very unstable platform though. Lucky he didn't fall and bust his ass.
