Semolina - 1 cup
Poha / Flattened Rice - 3/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
For Chutney :-
Coconut - 1/3 cup
Roasted Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
Roasted Peanuts - 1/4th cup
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 1
Curry Leaves - 5-6
Red Chilli Powder - 1/3 tsp
