Instant Thatte Idli Recipe & Dry Coconut Chutney | टट्टे इडली की रेसिपी |पर्युषण रेसिपी
Tips to follow for perfect thatte idly
1.soak the Rice and poha separately for 3 hours
2. Then grind both in batches (half rice - half Poha)
3. Add curd while grinding, and water if required.
4. grind this to a smooth batter. Let
the batter rest for 30 mins.
5. Add salt & Eno soda in half the batter and Pour this in
the greased idly stand and steam for 15-20 mins.
6. Cool a bit and demould it.
