1 cup Rawa / Sooji 1 cup Chaas (You can add Dahi + water also) 1 cup veggies (carrots, beans, corn, onion, tomato) 1 tbsp Chopped coriander 1 green chilli A little grated ginger Salt A little oil For 1/2 mixture add 1 tsp Eno Serve with Chutneys of your choice 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Rest the sooji mixture for 10 to 15 minutes - Add the eno once the pan is hot - The pan must be pre heated before adding the mixture. - Cover & cook for about 5 to 7 mins, this is when the appe puffs up & is important. Post this no covering the pan else your appe will be soggy
