It sounds like your phone has been rooted or otherwise modified in an unofficial manner. So the best option would be to have the full factory file flashed manually - and that's a service that I offer if you're interested

Wifi calling is something that doesn't work on unlocked phones - the phone and the SIM have to be from the same carrier in order for that to work, since it's a carrier-specific feature

T-Mobile phones cannot be used on Verizon. AT&T is the only other network that they can be used on
