Thank you Darrel. I watched this video when you released it but was so busy with my business I didn’t have the time to actually sit down and work on doing this. I finally did it today and wow. My score went from low 70’s to 95 on mobile (WOWOWOWOW) and 100 on desktop. I just wanted to comment and say thanks for sharing this with us and I’m glad I went and did the setup.

I added this plugin to my site but it does not work with the Gtranslate plugin. When it is activated the Gtranslate goes off.

That is odd, I have g translate and this plug-in on my website and it works fine

You should probably only use one.I would deactivate the litespeed cache and use this plugin ( the plugin also acts as a caching pilling )
