1st open instagram camera and search ripped paper filter then save the filter 2nd select photo for story then little scroll down notification window then photo becomes blur and take screenshot with side buttons 3rd select blur photo for story then and normal round photo 4th search circle filter add around photo then search spotify filer and select your song 🎵

That's not working after done blur and also saved the filter but when i select blur photo from gallery and than open filter option there ain't shown any saved or bookmarked filter or neither any search option
