For the Vip19 issue, vip points would be used to redeem rewards although with terrible trades but exclusive to already vip18 players similar to the current vip shop with possibly things like weekly discount

Nothing planned. Forget the skin... the top alliance has a minimum power to join... That's the number you have to beat. If you use the tricks in the 1.5m videos it will help you go this.
