Great video, great advice. Infrastructure was my biggest lesson. Chicks, it was easy enough to prep a brooder. Building the coop in the off/on heat and rain this year was crazy. My timeline got way twisted but made it happen. I made the plans overly complicated and would do it completely different if I had to do over. Got 8 chicks from Rural King ended up with one rooster so I’m good.
