I had prostate trouble when I was in my 20s. The urologist did a "roto rooter" procedure which gave me a period (bleeding Down There) for 2 weeks. Before he later gave me the all clear I asked how I might avoid this happening again. He said that I would have a LOT of trouble later in life if I ignore two factors: 1. Use as little caffeine as possible; and 2. Have frequent orgasms because..."use it or lose it." I have followed his advice and at 75 I have not had any more problems with my prostate. It's just common sense to use your body or lose the use of ignored organs, glands, muscles, etc. The other thing is balance. A wise man once said, "Whole life must have balance Daniel-sahn."
@MrDomestosWC
@MrDomestosWC 7 ай бұрын
There is not much research but most available research to this date shows that caffeine ACTUALLY HELPS with prostate. Of course caffeine abuse, like anything else, is bad for you so just drink coffee/tea/red bull with moderation. Your 2nd advise on frequent orgasms is spot-on and always timeless.

That`s the major burning question. In as much as there is still little research to fully arrive to a considerable conclusion, I see that the figures stated , are of just trivial trifles: I mean , the part you`ve mentioned about self impose celibacy, what happens to those kind of people? How does celibacy and prostate cancer incidences vary among those who`ve chosen to be Celibate? I feel that despite of the research conclusions stated in the video, there`s still a great deficiency of knowledge in this , one for which much rigorous research is recommended.

As usual, I find this channel willing to tackle the more difficult subjects that others don't. Thank you for providing us valuable information. I think the key thing here about the stagnation hypothesis is that it is an association, and even assuming the "data" was accurate, association cannot inform us on risk. However, cancer might have diet lifestyle, perhaps STD's or virus infections, and environmental factors... those are confounders that need to be taken into account... Which I assume they did, but thought I'd mention it as it was not discussed in this video. At any rate, great video and thank you for education as well as some lighthearted humor about the subject.

My dad and all his brothers died of the same type of prostate cancer. This is the type that comes on quickly and if removed or hit with Chemo or radiation it grows aggressively. My dad had his last as he was the youngest and his oncologist chose to treat it with hormone therapy and testosterone blockers and he lasted the longed (8 years) his also didn't affect his PSA on his bloodwork until after they removed his prostate. As a result my brother and I have been getting screened since we were 40. But this is really good information to know in case it can help us delay getting it. Most likely we will given the genetic component of the type our family deals with.

There's another factor to take into consideration. Too much ejaculation can reduce longevity. Eastern Tantric masters cultivate semen retention to supposedly enhance longevity. The ideal amount of ejaculation per week varies and reduces as one gets older. So: too little can cause prostate stagnation, too much can drain your life force energy and reduce longevity. It's about balance.

30+ here and 21 a month is a rookie number. if you feel downright out of breath, work for it. if you don't have the balls grow some and if you have a wife well.. there is always the good old "getting some milk" excuse. if she asks why you returned empty handed, tell her the milk has a temporarily shortage. it'll restock within the next hour or so.🤣

At my 42 luckily I can do it daily, but I have found it is exhusting for me and my wife, as you get older you cannot recover overnight, like at your 20-30s, as with sperm you loose a bunch of minerals and nutrients, which are not fastly recovered. After 40s having sex 3 times a week is sufficient and safe in my opinion.

However, as a 69-year-old man, it would be difficult to say and honest to say 21 times a month it’s nearly impossible. Maybe in my teens in my 20s and even 30s. But not at this point. I would like to see more videos on men’s health, especially sexual health. I have bladder issues that have been frustrating because I’m not getting answers from various Urologist. I would wager that it is the psychological benefits of frequent ejaculation (ideally with a partner) that help reduce cancers versus physical benefits. Stress reduction and healthy living are likely the best ways to fend off cancer. And lots of sex with someone you are close to is sure to reduce a lot of stress!

The other thing to consider that wasn't mentioned here is that maybe a person's ability to ejaculate more because of how healthy they are potentially has more to do with the results of these studies rather than the frequency of ejaculation itself. I suppose either way there's no point in being ashamed of your frequency at least.

There is no demonstrated relationship between celibacy and risk for prostate cancer, and there are historic data to back this up. Back in the 1980s, Michalek et al. specifically investigated the possible role of a celibate lifestyle in the etiology (development) of prostate cancer. To do this, they studied mortality data from an average annual cohort of 6,226 Roman Catholic clergymen in New York State from 1965 through 1977. The death certificates of 1,006 priests were reviewed. Of these deaths, 156 (15.5 percent) were attributable to malignant forms of cancer. However, when these data were compared to the known mortality patterns among white males of comparable ages in New York State over the same period of time, the priests demonstrated: Overall mortality ratios that were 15 percent lower for all causes of death Cancer mortality ratios that were 30 percent lower for all forms of cancer In addition, Michalek et al. identified only 12 deaths from prostate cancer as compared to a projected number of 19.8. This represents a prostate cancer mortality experience that was actually 39 percent lower than that of the general, non-celibate population. The same study showed that lower mortality ratios were found also for cancers of the lung, the colon and rectum, and the stomach.
