The 1m started making sense to me when I added my HTF-levels to it. (PMH/PML, PWH/PWL, PDH/PDL and hourly highs and lows). Higher timeframe narrative is imperative. I either work from the extremes or towards them (HTF-highs and lows). Markets are fractal. Everything repeats. From the monthly to the 1 minute. Institutions buy fear and sell greed. They both enter and exit by inducing opposite side traders. When retail sells, institutions are buying and vice versa. If you can see the trap, you’ll end up not being in it more often than not. Totally agree with Stan. From experience, you need to be very dialed into the market for intra-day trades which is very possible however sustaining it ongoing is extremely difficult. Perhaps Stan could show us the STOP levels he is using in relation to the 0.10% risk per trade. Thanks for your videos, they are always to the point without fluff.

I can attest to the points in the video. The GBPUSD formed a rising wedge which performed according to expectations from 7 August to the end of the measured move on in the first week of October... a distance of 650 pips. Trading off this long term view would be much better emotionally and with a small position size, would have translated into something meaningful. If I traded 1 lot and earned 650 pips in 2 months, that is really good money where I come from.

That's more or less how I trade. People say you should always use a stop loss but I never do because my position is so small in the first place. I have waited 2 weeks before just to get out at break even. I do get out if shit happens like an unexpected event ( Russian / Ukraine war is a good example ) but that's life. However I think the example of 1.00 to 1.05 on the Eur/usd pair would have had me sweating a bit and I would have exited before.
