Bimaxillary Surgery Case

- Anterior impaction and counterclockwise rotation of the maxilla
- Advancement, leveling, and counterclockwise rotation of the jaw
- Septoplasty

What i know is if you use braces after the surgery it will make your maxilla fall back. But i'm not sure, Maybe
