How do you print the graphics on vaneer though?

What prevents the router from just eating away at the template? Are you just taking away material until near the line and finishing with sand paper?

The router bit has a bottom bearing that is flush with the cutting surface. The bearing rides against the pattern and therefore cuts the pattern perfectly, in this case a fingerboard.

Out of curiosity, do you make custom molds? Like different shapes, sizes, etc. I've been fingerboarding for over 10 years now and I'm just now interested in making my own decks here in the future and I stumbled upon this on eBay. Thank you!

The basic mold+shaper costs $54.99. We have a full kit for $69.99 that includes veneer for two boards with pre-printed graphic veneer and grip tape. Both are available in 32mm and 34mm and come with free self stick board rails! Domestic shipping is included in the price, worldwide shipping available.

It is a huge upgrade to our product and is happening as we speak. Our listings will be updated by tomorrow, I hope! I can certainly attest that the testing is done and everyone here is all smiles as we say goodbye to the old and hello to the new. We have been working hard on this upgrade, it will make drilling more accurate, easy, fast, and greatly increase the life of the mold. Our early feedback has been outstanding!
