No way, that release (at 2:03) would result in recoil translating into your spine and discs. This most likely would cause even more injury than what you had before trying out this procedure. That table made cringe when I saw the snap release.

This is weird!!! This channel is named after the belt. The belt is demoed. Yet, MANY PEOPLE ARE ASKING WHERE TO BUY IT or what it's make/model number are and NO ONE FROM THE CHANNEL ANSWERS! Just silly! But, I guess rather than share, he'd rather we do a google search for inversion belt. That does come up with a lot of different types, at least.
