The beads are pretty light weight and the head pins that you are using are quite strong, so yes, if you make a simple loop correctly, it will securely hold the bead.

The headpins are 2" long, 21 gauge. The eyepins are also 2" ling, 21 gauge and the earring hooks are 21 gauge, 20mm long at their longest point and 10mm wide at their widest point.

These are beautiful bracelets but the kits are currently sold out ☹️. I would still include the bugle beads though because I think they add a bit of character when making memory wire bracelets. I've even made some just using bugle beads. You wouldn't think they would fit well given the curve but as long as you use 6mm or less bugles and the holes aren't too small I think they look great.
