Lindsay is such a manipulator! I hate to see how she manipulates each of her subsequent boyfriend so that he does everything the way it suits her. It gets to the point where all her boyfriends start to be afraid of her. They are afraid to say an extra word to her, so that she will not be offended. She loves to make herself look like a victim and constantly find fault with her boyfriends. Lindsay perceives and treats her boyfriends, in this case, the fiance, not as the most wonderful person in the world, whom she wants to put on a pedestal, but as a thing that she bought and this thing should work 100% for her. Lindsay squeezes all the juices out of her boyfriends until they start running away from her. This is not love. Love is when you love your fiance the way he is, and you don't constantly try to find fault with him. Apparently Lindsay won't understand this.

I rewatched all seasons and there were many events where Carl showed how he doesn't like women [he likes the seggz he gets from them]. He talked to some women in the cast so wildly, but Lindsey was not seeing that because she was wearing rose-colored glasses. If Linds saw how he treated Paige, the WS twins, Jules etc, she would have stayed far away.

She should after what he did to her. Carl is the manipulator and started every argument. Carl is a child in a man’s body. I think the drugs stunned him mentally and he blames everyone else for his behavior. 1st Kyle, now Lindsay.

I'm so sick of Lindsay being able to run with this story that she's the victim. Carl absolutely should've been more honest but he was terrified of being honest because Lindsay is emotionally abuse, gaslighting, and frankly very clearly narcissistic.

Carl would tell her things and she would completely ignore what he said, and interpret what he said. She is a wreck. If she could have been less a fixer, and more of a support it probably might have worked out. Sometimes when people who are trying to figure things out are bombarded with doubt they tend to go inward and lose trust in themselves. Lindsey needs a partner who’s internally strong and has their life together already, but that probably wouldn’t work either, since she wants to control the whole ship. Not a fan of hers.

Karl is a wimp! He knew how Lindsey was so why did he propose to her. He didn’t have the ball to call it off earlier. He did lead Lindsey on talk about her. I feel for both of them. Lindsey is a tough lady and needs a man who can stand up to her. She needs a man with a good job and loves and cares for her.
