look into spray polyurethane insulation foam. if you get a professional contractor its less than ₱50 per square meter and typically 20-30mm in thickness when it cures which is 24h

Great video. Where do they use this type of insulation? I have always been shocked that the typical home in Cebu lacks weather strips around outside doors and around wall aircons and the attics don't have any insulation at all? I know electricity is expensive in Cebu.

Hello po. ask ko po sana if ano ang pinaka magandang paraan para po mabawasan/mawala ang init sa loob ng bahay na ang bubong ay flat cemented slabs na direct sa araw. Tulad ngayong tag init napaka init hanggang gabi dahil mainit ang cemented roof namin. marami pong salamat sa mga makakasagot.

Gawa po kayo ng ceiling at least a meter down from the roof slab kasi mainit talaga ang cement roof at lagyan ninyo ng insulation like this o iyong Rockwool type, check my video on Rockwool, bago ang plywood.

those things doesn't work, don't waste your money on those. it should be 4 inches of rockwool or fiberglass insulation in the ceiling to get the insulation benefit, specially for our very hot climate here.
