Hi, I have reversed my diabetes. 3 months before I randomly check and I found that hba1c was 7.1 and fasting glucose 116. I followed this diet cut down carbs intake no sugar. Also I did Intermittent fasting extensively normally it was 18/6. I also did 36 hours fasting for every week only took luke warm water for whole cycle. I walked average 50 km per week . My weight was 92.4 kg but now it is 84.4 kg I Mostly took green vegetables, fruits(only one) , protein and fats. After 3 months on 12th feb I again checked and I have found that my HBA1c is 4.9 and fasting glucose 80. Also my HDL and LDL improved and blood count. Also checked fasting insulin it is 6. May be I am having little bit insulin resistance. But I am working on that. Thanks sir🤙🏻👌
